The location is perfect, just off Redcar for training, the best fish and chip shop, and the seafront and the beach. Fairly quiet area. Zetland Park is 15 minutes walk away.

The daily breakfast was excellent, with pepper and excellent coffee. The location was exceptionally nice, just next door to the seafront and 5 minutes to town and all other attractions.

Breakfasts were excellent and great, and I felt safe and secure.

Everything was very enjoyable, no complaints whatsoever, I would definitely recommend it.

It was spotlessly clean, everyone was exceptionally nice. I had great breakfasts with excellent coffee and pepper, for instance. Great and incredible location just next door to the the centre, the sea front and other beaches, I felt safe.

The guesthouse had a homey and spotless room, with magnificent location very close to the beach. The service was excellent. It was also convenient for walking to Coatham Sands and Redcar for training and the seafront.

The amenities here are fantastic, and the breakfast they serve is absolutely amazing! Their coffee is top-notch and the pepper adds a great kick to the meal. 🍳
